The "SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)" course is a 2-day program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively fulfill the roles of a Product Owner and Product Manager in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. The course covers essential modules, including becoming a SAFe POPM, preparing for Program Increment (PI) Planning, leading PI Planning, executing iterations, executing the PI, and practicing SAFe principles.
